No hocus-pocus, no mystery potions, just a ‘back to basics’ approach using real food that you can live with – forever. Knowing how to eat healthy and become physically fit is important, but Tilley’s years of experience have proven that the secret to practicing a healthy lifestyle is tapping into what motivates you to make a change. Motivators come in all sizes and shapes. For some it is a poor health diagnosis or a transitional experience into a new phase of life. Tilley will demonstrate, through poignant personal stories balanced by professional observations and research, how to use your motivators to propel you to a lifetime of healthy choices.
Living Better Longer does not require deprivation. In this presentation, Jan will show how small but significant changes in what you eat and when you eat will result in a life of increased energy, less stress and greater purpose. She will give practical, user-friendly tools on how to fuel for success, be active, avoid obesity, manage stress, and attendees will leave with a plan for how to implement the changes necessary to live life to the fullest.
