"I would like to thank you for the advice and counsel you have given me during this past year. As you may recall, I was referred to you by my primary care physician to advise me as a nutritionist to correct certain imbalances that resulted from a major surgical procedure. Not only were you able to correct my immediate problem but you gave me recommendations and a philosophy that I will use to maintain a more healthful lifestyle for the rest of my life. Please know that your caring manner will continue to be with me. I want to wish you continued success in all of your endeavors."
