Ingredients
  • 1 (12 pound) fully cooked, spiral-cut ham
  • 8 ounces orange marmalade
  • 1/2 cup Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 1 cup light brown sugar, packed
  • 1 tablespoon orange zest
  • 1/4 cup freshly squeezed orange juice
Instructions
  1. Heat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Line heavy roasting pan with heavy duty aluminum foil (large enough to cover ham) and bring foil up around sides of ham.
  3. To prepare glaze, place orange marmalade, Dijon mustard, minced garlic, brown sugar, orange zest and orange juice in blender or food processor and process until smooth.
  4. Pour glaze over ham; fold and seal foil around ham. Bake for 1 ½ hours; remove ham from oven and open foil. Increase oven temperature to 400 degrees F. Cook additional 20 minutes or until glaze is well-browned and bubbly.
