| Mexican Artichoke Dip |

Ingredients
- 1 (13.75 oz.) can artichoke hearts, drained & chopped
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 3/4 cup light mayonnaise
- 1 (4 oz.) can chopped green chilies
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, combine all ingredients; stir well.
- Spoon mixture into a lightly greased 1-quart baking dish. Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees for 20 minutes or until lightly browned.
- Serve warm with tortilla chips or Melba Toast Rounds.
