Ingredients
  • 1 cup long grain white rice, uncooked
  • 6 (5 oz) chicken breasts, boneless, skinless
  • 3 (10.75 oz) cans Healthy Request soup (I use a mixture of cream of mushroom, chicken and celery)
  • 1 soup can water
  • 1 pkg. Lipton onion-mushroom dry soup mix
Instructions
  1. Pour rice in bottom of 9 X 13-inch baking dish; pour 1 can of soup and 1/2 can water over it. Mix well.
  2. Place chicken breasts on top of rice and soup mixture.
  3. Combine other 2 cans of soup, 1/2 can of water and dry soup mixture. Pour over chicken.
  4. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 1 to 1-1/2 hours.
