| Cranberry Cream-Cheese Breakfast Rolls |

Ingredients
- 1 cup dried cranberries
- 24 Rhodes frozen rolls, thawed but still cold
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 1 cup sugar, divided
- 2/3 cup reduced-fat cream cheese, softened
- 3 tablespoons fresh orange juice
- 1 tablespoon each grated orange and lemon zest
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
Instructions
- Press dried cranberries (about 1 teaspoon) into each roll. Place rolls in 9 x 13-inch Pyrex dish coated with cooking spray.
- Combine butter, 1/2 cup sugar, cream cheese and orange juice. Blend well and pour over the rolls. Cover with plastic wrap and let rise until double in size.
- Combine remaining 1/2 cup sugar, orange and lemon zest, and any remaining cranberries. Sprinkle this mixture over the risen rolls. Bake immediately in 350 degree oven for 25 minutes or until rolls in center are done.
- Combine powdered sugar and lemon juice. Drizzle over rolls.
